Each ticket on pandora.digital currently costs $1. With the remaining $3, you can buy 3 more tickets. In total, you’ll be able to get 24 tickets for just $20 on your first purchase.
However, in practice and during the course of the contest, you are only able to purchase up to 20 tickets at once according to Pandora’s current policy. In the context of quiz No.8, you can buy a maximum of 20 tickets on your first purchase, plus you’ll get a 15% discount in total cost and a free ticket. The document we used as referrence for this contest doesn’t make mention of this policy.
